My Top 6 One Direction Photos With Fans | #6YearsOfOneDirection

So this is the final post to celebrate 1D's six year anniversary, so it seems only right to make this one all about the fans. Many of us dream of meeting One Direction but a lucky few actually have and, until we get our turn, we will just have to look on at other fans' adorable photos with the boys and feel happy for them (if not a little envious!)
One Direction's fans are the people who have made One Direction into what it is today. Without our teamwork with the boys, this band would not have had the successes it has had. The fans are the ones who buy the music, watch the videos, request their songs on the radio, sell out their concerts, break records, and we do all of this because One Direction make us happy and we want to see them happy too. Don't you think it is a really beautiful thing how someone can literally dedicate their whole life to a group of people and spend most of their money on them, making sacrifices along the way, all because their happiness is at the forefront of their mind? 1D fans are people who will stop at nothing to see the band they love succeed yet a lot of people give them a hard time, calling us 'crazy,' 'obsessive,' 'weird,' 'pathetic,' and, from the outside, it probably looks that way. However, it's impossible to judge a One Direction fan if you do not understand them. If you really understood the reasons we go to the lengths that we do, you would see it is all out of love, not because we simply 'have nothing better to do.' Each One Direction fan has a story, as does every human being, and we all support the boys because they have touched us all on a personal level and helped us all in a different way. But, despite the fact that our reasons for loving the boys are all different, the fact that we do love them is what we have in common and we have stuck together for the past six years, now, to do unthinkable things.
1D fans are without a doubt, the most dedicated fans on the planet and I am very proud to say I am part of such an amazing fandom. This fanbase is truly one big family and I love what the millions of us and the five of them have created together.

Now, let us take a look at my top six photos of One Direction with fans. These are all taken from Meet and Greets! Now, this list was extremely difficult to decide upon because A) the boys must have taken thousands of photos with fans over the years and B) there are hundreds of them which are the most adorable photos on the internet. Although, I'm sure you'll agree that these are what you would definitely describe as 'life goals!"
Hey, let me know if your fan pic is featured below!

Okay, so this girl was basically in the filling in a 1D sandwich. Goals or goals? GOALS!

This fan managed to get a Harry piggyback ride and managed to get Nouis and Ziam to give each other piggybacks too. She wins at life.

These two lovely girls are being held by Liam and Harry, have Niall and Louis posing together and Zayn being a cutie patootie in the middle. This is a life accomplishment.

You know you've lived your life right when you manage to get all of One Direction bowing down at your feet.

The meet and greet photos which are nothing like your average meet and greet photos are always the best, right? This one is too sweet for words.

This once just had to be included because my brain simply cannot handle the level of cuteness in this snap. They just look like the ultimate cupcakes!

I think we can agree 1D certainly know how to do meet and greet photos after that!

Now that we've come to the end of my six One Direction anniversary blog posts, I just wanted to take a moment to say happy birthday to my favourite band in the world. One Direction is the best thing that has ever happened to me and is, by far, one of the best, most exciting things in my life. They have provided me with laughter, smiles and happiness when I didn't think it was possible and I will forever be grateful for everything that they have done for me and continue to do on a daily basis. They inspire me simply by being who they are, they haven't changed and are still the humble, adorable, caring boys I laid eyes on in 2010. I feel honoured to have been able to watch them grow up over the past six years and to be able to say that I have grown up with them. To say I am proud of what they have achieved simply wouldn't cut it, however, I could not be more proud of what these boys have managed to do in such a short space of time. They truly have changed the world and made millions of lives a lot better, without even realising it, but I feel blessed to be able to say I contributed towards their success and it is a privilege to exist at the same time as them. Nothing in life is perfect and the past six years have had their ups and downs - plenty of them in fact. There have been countless false headlines, arguments, dramas, the band even lost a member, but I was here through everything, as I know you all were too, and not for one second did I ever consider stopping supporting them. My love for One Direction has grown into something that is simply indescribable but I do know that I adore them all with my whole heart and that I never knew a group of people who I have never even met could hold such a special place in my heart.
Also, to everyone in the 1D fandom, thank you for being my friends and for loving the boys in the same way that I do. The connection we all have is one of my favourite things in the world and every day I fall in love with how magical this thing is that we have created together. We are one big team, a family, and although many of us will never meet, I feel very lucky to have this band in common with you all. Let us continue to do great things together.
So, to Harry, Louis, Liam, Niall (and to Zayn, because 1D wouldn't have been 1D without him,) I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done and all the lives you have saved since your X Factor days. I thank you for staying true to yourself and always being loving towards everyone in every situation. I thank you for giving me countless laughs when I was at my weakest. I thank you for the beautiful music you make which I know is there for me to listen to at any time. And I thank you for being there for me, even without knowing it. You truly are incredible human beings and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you all, both as individuals and as a band. I will be eternally grateful for that moment on The X Factor stage at 8:22pm on 23rd July 2010 because that was the moment my world was created without me even knowing.

One Direction, happy six years. I love you with everything that I am, and then some.

Love, Emily :) xx

P.S I hope you've all enjoyed these 1D blog posts! Let me know which was your favourite! <3
