Jason Wu Spring 2017 Ready-To-Wear Collection // NYFW

Jason Wu switched things up this time around at New York Fashion Week by cutting the guest list of his show to just 250 people, (which is still more people than I know) and by choosing to showcase his collection in a more intimate presentation in Spring Studio's Private Club.

However, the change of scenery and smaller audience had no impact on the beauty of his Spring 2017 collection. A common theme from this year's NYFW seems to be floral prints, and Jason Wu worked these into his designs. I mean florals are always big during Spring time, but are they going to be even bigger next year? Well, if the top dogs in fashion reckon they are, we better stock up on anything flowery! As well as florals, Jason Wu created pieces that included neon colours and foil-like materials.
Other stand-out elements of the collection included sheer materials and off-the-shoulder tops and dresses. So, in a nutshell, Wu was on top form!

Below are some of my favourite looks that graced the runway!

Tell me which piece from the collection was your favourite! <3

Love, Emily :) xx
